- Lead the successful delivery of complex Payments and Financial Technology projects
- Manage end-to-end software delivery across multiple Agile teams
- Drive large-scale systems integration programmes involving APIs and enterprise platforms
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Support AI and Machine Learning initiatives that enhance business processes and customer experiences
- Build trusted relationships with clients while providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle

👤 What we're looking for
- 10+ years' experience managing enterprise technology projects
- Proven Payments project delivery experience (essential)
- Strong Product Management experience
- Demonstrated success delivering complex software development projects
- Solid technical background with the ability to engage engineering and architecture teams
- Enterprise Systems Integration experience (essential)
- Commercial experience delivering AI and/or Machine Learning initiatives
- Strong stakeholder, client, and executive management skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Consulting experience will be highly advantageous
