Job Description
Paid Media Specialist
We are looking for a highly analytical paid media specialist who thrives on building and scaling campaigns across Google Ad’s ecosystem. From scaling paid search (PPC), Demand Gen campaigns, and YouTube video ads to uncovering new display opportunities, launching connected TV (CTV) ad campaigns for streaming apps, and building remarketing strategies, you are a highly skilled campaign specialist who knows the best way to promote a product or brand. If this sounds like you, you’ll fit in great with our team! This is a full-time position (40-hour work week) and can be either fully remote or hybrid-remote in Chestnut Hill, MA near Boston. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Paid Media & Marketing Analytics.
Unlike client-facing media agencies, d50 Media is unique in that this position will not directly interface with any clients. We work in a highly niche legal industry providing marketing for a well-known national law firm. Our marketing channels perform like in-house teams to become subject matter experts. Our paid media team has decades of combined experience, and work as a cohesive team. You will also be working closely with our Video Production team and other digital marketing teams including SEO, Social Media, and traditional TV to generate leads through full-funnel marketing.
Responsibilities:
· Build, manage, and optimize paid search lead generation campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and ChatGPT Ads for a national law firm with a multi-million dollar annual budget
· Build, manage, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns, including audience targeting, video and display creative strategy and testing with a $1M annual budget in a legal vertical
· Scale Google’s Demand Gen campaign type to drive qualified leads through YouTube video ads and the Google Display Network
· Identify, test, and scale new display/native programmatic advertising opportunities across various platforms including acquisition and remarketing campaigns
· Plan and execute connected TV (CTV) campaigns to extend reach across streaming environments, working with platform and media vendors to curate inventory packages (deals), discuss performance, and review new offerings
· Partner with the video production team to brief, source, and iterate on video ad creative for YouTube, online video, and CTV campaigns
· Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns to achieve campaign lead goals including cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, and cost per signed case
· Present your campaign performance at weekly performance meetings, as well as occasional strategy meetings throughout the year
Qualifications:
· 3+ years hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads PPC, Demand Gen, YouTube/video, display, native and connected TV
