Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time remote role based in the United States responsible for leading LunarTech’s overall strategic direction and organizational performance. The CEO will define and execute the company’s long-term vision, set measurable goals, and ensure alignment across all business units, including LunarTech Academy, Labs, Fellowship, and product lines such as Octavia, Babel, LunarTech Edge, and SeleneX. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial health and capital strategy, leading operations and resource allocation, guiding product and market expansion, and building strong partnerships with industry, academic, and institutional stakeholders. The CEO will collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive revenue growth, manage risk, and maintain a high-performance, inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent. The role also involves representing LunarTech to investors, clients, media, and regulators, while ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of AI innovation and ethical practices.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Finance, including budgeting, capital allocation, fundraising, and financial risk management.
- Strong Operations Management and Business Planning skills to oversee complex programs, optimize processes, and scale AI products and services.
- Proven experience in Sales and Strategic Planning to drive market growth, build partnerships, and expand into new sectors and geographies.
- Track record of executive leadership in technology or deep-tech organizations, ideally with exposure to AI, data science, or advanced engineering.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear vision, influence diverse stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities with investors, clients, regulators, and strategic partners.
