Role Description As a QA Manager at ENFINT, you will oversee the end-to-end quality assurance process for AI-driven and financial technology solutions in a full-time, remote capacity. You will lead QA planning, define test strategies, and coordinate manual and automated testing activities to ensure product reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards. The role includes managing and mentoring QA engineers, reviewing test cases, analyzing defects, and collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and data scientists to improve the overall quality of releases. You will establish and refine QA workflows, introduce best practices and tools, monitor quality metrics, and participate in release readiness reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- Hands-on expertise with software testing methodologies (functional, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing) and QA best practices.
- Proficiency with test management and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA integration.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST API testing tools, and basic Python or JavaScript for automation).
- Background in financial services, banking, or fintech, with a strong understanding of industry processes, regulations, and data security considerations.
- Exposure to AI/ML projects or data-driven systems; familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their testing challenges is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret requirements and translate them into clear test objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams and remote environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, quality metrics tracking, and implementing process enhancements within QA organizations.
