We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI and technology scale-ups in the US to appoint two Data Scientists who are passionate about solving complex problems, uncovering meaningful insights, and helping shape the next generation of AI-powered products.


This is an opportunity to work alongside AI Engineers, Machine Learning Specialists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and executive leadership to transform vast amounts of data into commercially valuable solutions.


Whether you're building predictive models, experimenting with machine learning, or supporting enterprise AI initiatives, you'll play a key role in helping the business make smarter decisions and build smarter products.


Key Details:


  • Salary & Compensation: $135,000 - $245,000 base salary + annual bonus + healthcare + learning budget + equity potential
  • Location: Fully remote + choice of tech hubs in Chicago, New York, Miami, Washington DC and Dallas
  • Future Progression: Senior Data Scientist, Lead Data Scientist, Machine Learning Scientist, AI Research Lead, Head of Data Science, VP of AI & Data you name it! We're growing so there's plenty of flexibility


Key Skills & Technology Experience:


  • Data Science: Strong experience developing statistical models, predictive analytics, experimentation, and advanced analytical solutions.
  • Machine Learning: Experience building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models across real-world business environments.
  • Programming: Strong proficiency in Python with experience using modern data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, recommendation engines, or intelligent automation is highly desirable.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience working within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
  • Data Engineering Awareness: Understanding of SQL, modern data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, and large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Visualisation & Analytics: Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Business Understanding: Ability to translate complex analytical findings into commercially valuable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with AI Engineers, Software Developers, Product Managers, and business leaders in agile environments.
  • Innovation: Naturally curious with a passion for exploring emerging AI technologies, new modelling techniques, and innovative approaches to solving complex problems.


Role Overview


You'll transform complex data into actionable intelligence that supports AI innovation, product development, and strategic decision-making across the organisation.


Working closely with AI Engineers, Machine Learning Specialists, Data Engineers, Software Developers, and Product Managers, you'll develop predictive models, evaluate emerging AI techniques, identify commercial opportunities, and help build intelligent products that create measurable value for customers.


You'll balance analytical rigour with commercial thinking, experimenting with new approaches, validating ideas with data, and ensuring insights are translated into real-world outcomes.
