Job Description


Summary:

CHIROBASIX is a marketing agency focused on providing high-quality digital marketing services to Chiropractic offices. We’re currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the execution of digital marketing services as well as the ongoing relationships with our clients on a day-to-day basis.


Duties:

  • Fully manage the digital marketing efforts for clients to ensure optimal success for all marketing campaigns
  • Manage all client communications via phone, email, and text on a proactive basis (same-day responses to clients)
  • Detailed documentation and follow-through for client requests and support needs
  • Oversee the internal fulfillment team for ongoing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Project management to delegate and facilitate marketing campaign efforts and coordinate efforts across multiple team members.
  • Monthly meetings with clients to review reporting and performance of digital marketing efforts, as well as plan out the next steps for helping them hit their goals.
  • Provide an exceptionally positive working relationship with all clients using great customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.

  • Use applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy


Technical Skills:


Experience with Digital Marketing Channels:

  • WordPress Websites
  • Facebook Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Google My Business
  • Email Marketing


Project Management Tools

  • Great documentation skills
  • Familiarity with tools like: ClickUp, Teamwork Projects, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
  • Slack


Google Suite

  • Gmail / Google Docs / Google Drive / Google Calendar


Basic Experience with CRM Tools

  • Ex: Hubspot, Zoho, Keap, HighLevel, etc.


Basic Copywriting Skills

  • Can write basic marketing copy
  • Understanding the role of keywords for SEO
  • Basic editing for proper grammar and punctuation
  • Writing AI tools: ChatGPT


Basic Graphic Design

  • Simple image editing / cropping
  • Creating basic graphics for ads in tools like Canva
  • Simple video editing like cropping, resizing, etc.


Google Analytics / Tag Manager

  • Understanding how to get basic performance metrics from analytics
  • Can properly read and interpret marketing reports
  • Explaining reporting details to clients and in easy to understand manor


Other Requirements:

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
  • Can be flexible on occasion for different reasons.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full Time Position: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
  • Compensation: $55,000 salary + performance bonus opportunities
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Benefits: Paid vacation and sick time
