Own the creative direction for US-focused performance campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring all output aligns with business goals, platform best practices, and audience behavior.
Drive concept development and execution across paid social, web, landing pages, email, and video, including scriptwriting for ad films/video creatives, with a strong focus on conversion-oriented creative.
Build and maintain creative systems, workflows, and quality benchmarks that improve production speed, consistency, and scale across multiple campaigns/accounts.
Partner closely with performance marketing, product, sales, and marketing teams to develop creative strategies that balance brand storytelling with measurable outcomes.
Translate campaign performance signals into structured creative iteration plans, testing roadmaps, and new angle development.
Review, refine, and approve creative deliverables before internal/client submission, ensuring strategic alignment, high craft quality, and platform-native execution.
Oversee the quality of video outputs end-to-end, ensuring strong hooks, clear messaging, effective pacing, and platform-native storytelling across all creative deliverables.
Present creative strategies, concepts, test learnings, and recommendations confidently to US stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touch points while adapting creative to different funnels, audiences, and campaign objectives.
Stay updated on US consumer trends, competitor creative, digital design innovation, and emerging AI-enabled creative production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent

practical experience).

โ€ข 6+ years of experience in creative, branding, or performance marketing roles, with 4โ€“5 years in a

leadership position.

โ€ข Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital campaigns, and performance-

driven creatives across multiple platforms.

โ€ข Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media creative strategy, platform-native content,

and conversion-focused design.

โ€ข Strong ability in scriptwriting for digital/video ads and experience directing or reviewing video

outputs for performance, storytelling, and platform-native execution.

โ€ข Ability to balance creative quality, speed, experimentation, and scale in a fast-paced

performance environment.

โ€ข Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use campaign data and creative insights to improve

outcomes.

โ€ข Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
