Junior AI Support Specialist - Enterprise Data Management

We step in to clean up the data, fix the logic, and hand over a system that actually works. We are currently supporting a major German logistics provider as it expands its international operations. This growth requires better automation and smarter data processing, and we are looking for a Junior AI Support Specialist to help us maintain the integrity of these systems.

The role
This is a permanent, entry level position designed for someone who is comfortable at the intersection of data and technology. As a Junior AI Support Specialist, you will assist our senior consultants in managing the AI tools and automated workflows used by the German logistics provider. Your goal is to ensure that these tools are functioning as intended and that the outputs remain accurate.
Since this role is 100 percent remote, you will work from your own environment while staying connected with our team through digital tools. You do not need to be an expert in machine learning, but you should be curious about how data moves through a large organization and how automation can make reporting more efficient.

What you will do

• Monitor automated data flows to ensure information is moving correctly between the logistics provider's systems.
• Assist in the configuration of AI support tools to help categorize and process financial data.
• Compare automated outputs against manual records to verify accuracy and identify errors.
• Update internal documentation and configuration guides for every system change.
• Help prepare handover materials that explain how the client's team can manage the AI tools independently.

• Participate in team calls to discuss project progress and identify areas where data quality can be improved.
• Support senior consultants with basic data cleaning tasks to ensure the single source of truth remains reliable.
• Test new updates to the reporting software before they are deployed to the client environment.
