📋 Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage HR administration activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
- 🚀 Onboarding Administration: Coordinate and administer onboarding processes.
- Leaver Administration: Ensure all offboarding transactions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Support HR ticket management by logging, assigning, monitoring, and closing HR tickets.
- 💻 HRIS Administration: Support the administration of HR systems and employee records in accordance with GDPR and company standards.
- HR Data & Transaction Processing: Accurately process high-volume HR transactions including new hires, employee changes, working hours, salary, and contractual amendments.
- Maintain accurate records across all HR systems and supporting documentation.
- 💰 Payroll Support: Provide HR administrative support to payroll processes while working closely with payroll teams to minimise errors and ensure timely processing.
- 📊 Reporting & Data Management: Produce standard HR reports, maintain employee records and trackers, monitor onboarding and offboarding metrics, and conduct data validation and quality checks.
- Maintain compliance with employment legislation and internal policies while handling sensitive employee information confidentially and professionally.
- ⚙️ Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement by creating and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, and checklists while supporting HR projects and operational initiatives.
