We are hiring a fully remote Marketing Coordinator to support SweatWorks, LIFTS Podcast, and Conquest Events.
Role Overview:
- The role combines CRM management, email marketing, automations, content operations, and campaign execution, with direct exposure to leadership and significant ownership from day one.
Required Skills:
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Strong writing, drafting, and proofreading ability.
- Ability to learn and work inside CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of email marketing and contact segmentation.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
- Comfort working with contact lists, tags, forms, and campaign workflows.
- Basic design sensibility — comfort formatting branded content, emails, and social assets.
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Clear, proactive communication with leadership and internal teams.
- Willingness to test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Direct experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform.
- Experience building newsletters or email campaigns.
