Skillset / Experience:INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst to support a leading enterprise client. This individual will be responsible for creating, maintaining, governing, and optimizing the digital HR experience within Workday. Serving as the primary owner of Workday Help Knowledge Management, the analyst will ensure employees, managers, and HR teams have access to accurate, timely, and user-friendly self-service content.
The ideal candidate has experience configuring Workday HCM and Workday Help, enjoys improving digital employee experiences, and thrives in a collaborative HR technology environment.
Responsibilities:Create, publish, maintain, and retire Workday Help knowledge articles.
Establish content standards, governance processes, and review cycles to ensure information remains accurate and compliant.
Partner with HR functional teams to identify, document, and continuously improve knowledge content.
Own content categorization, tagging, search optimization, and audience targeting.
Ensure knowledge articles align with HR policies, procedures, and business processes.
Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes through knowledge management, automation, guidance, and self-service capabilities.
Collaborate with HRIS, HR Shared Services, HR Centers of Excellence, Communications, Change Management, and Technology teams.
Promote employee self-service adoption and improve the overall digital HR experience.
Coordinate translation and localization efforts for global knowledge content when applicable.
Monitor user behavior, search trends, and knowledge effectiveness to continuously improve content.

Associate's degree in a related field, or an additional two (2) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience configuring Workday HCM and Workday Help.
3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, Knowledge Management, Digital Experience, Communications, or a related field.
Experience developing and managing content within enterprise systems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
1+ year supporting global HR organizations.
Experience supporting HR Shared Services or employee service delivery operations.
Knowledge of employee self-service, case management, and knowledge management best practices.
Experience with AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or digital assistants.
