Are you an experienced Test Manager ready to lead quality engineering in a modern, fast-moving software environment?
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who can hit the ground running—someone with strong automation experience who knows how to build testing strategies, implement best practices, and lead high-performing QA teams.

What You'll Be Doing
✔ Develop and own the enterprise Test Strategy across multiple products and projects.
✔ Create, execute and continuously improve Test Plans that ensure high-quality software delivery.
✔ Lead and mentor QA Engineers while fostering a quality-first engineering culture.
✔ Drive automation initiatives and ensure testing is fully integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
✔ Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
✔ Work closely with Development, Product and Delivery teams to embed quality from the beginning of every project.
✔ Manage testing risks, defect resolution, reporting, release readiness and quality metrics.
✔ Improve testing frameworks, governance, standards and best practices across the organisation.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business-critical solutions.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Manager or Senior Test Lead.
- Strong experience developing and implementing enterprise Test Strategies.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and automation best practices.
- Experience leading QA teams within Agile and DevOps environments.
- Strong knowledge of API, integration and end-to-end testing.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to quickly assess environments, define strategy and execute with confidence.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with AI-enabled or cloud-based applications.
- Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar automation tools.
- Performance testing (JMeter, k6, Gatling or LoadRunner).
- Azure, AWS or modern cloud environments.
- Microservices and distributed systems.
- DevOps and modern software delivery practices.
