Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, safe, and repeatable deployments
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
Leverage Azure DevOps for version control, build and release pipelines, and project tracking
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively across development, staging, and production environments
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine deployment strategies, enhance observability, and improve incident response processes
Track and analyze key DORA metrics including deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and mean time to recovery
Implement and uphold security best practices across infrastructure and deployment workflows

About The Role

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable deployment processes. This role involves automating infrastructure provisioning through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to optimize deployment strategies and system observability. The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in monitoring system performance, addressing issues proactively, and contributing to the improvement of deployment metrics such as deployment frequency and recovery times. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on automation, reliability, and security, supporting the company’s growth and technological excellence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or a related role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
  • Solid scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration fundamentals
  • Two (2) year degree in Computer Science or a related field (required)
  • Zero (0) to Two (2) years of experience in software development (required)

Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104), experience with serverless architectures, microservices, Agile, DevSecOps, and ITIL practices, as well as a four-year degree and additional industry experience.
