PowerBI/Analytics Engineer - 100% Remote
About the Role
We're seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our data and analytics team, turning raw data into scalable, reliable reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for analytics/reporting
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (SSIS and other tools)
- Write Python scripts for data processing and automation
- Design dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions (Tableau other BI tools)
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements
- Own data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
- Architect semantic layers/reporting frameworks for enterprise use
- Optimize reporting environments for performance and scale
- Manage code via Git; document designs and workflows

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3 years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI development
- Advanced SQL and query/database performance optimization
- Strong Python for data transformation/automation
- Hands-on SSMS and SSIS experience
- Tableau expertise; familiarity with Power BI, Looker, or Qlik
- Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling
- Git (or similar version control) experience
