Product Manager โ Diagnostics
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) ๐บ๐ธ Eligibility: U.S. citizens or Green Card holders only. Must reside in or relocate to Atlanta (Relocation assistance available). A global diagnostics organization is seeking a Product Manager to drive the growth, commercialization, and strategic execution of its U.S. diagnostic portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategy: Execute U.S. commercial strategies to maximize revenue, market expansion, and product adoption.
- Product Launches: Lead end-to-end launches using market trends and Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to build strong clinical and financial value propositions.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to implement targeted campaigns, deliver high-impact marketing materials, and provide competitive-positioning training.
- KOL Engagement: Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic customers at industry trade shows, symposia, and events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor ROI metrics and adjust programs to optimize commercial outcomes.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in product marketing/management, with 5+ years of total healthcare industry experience (diagnostics or medical devices preferred).
- Communication: Proven ability to translate complex scientific/technical data into compelling commercial messaging for diverse audiences.
- Travel & Tech: Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation & Perks
- Financials: Base salary of $135,000โ$150,000 + 20% annual bonus (Target Total Comp: $162,000โ$180,000).
