We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Platform Engineer to join our Engineering team and help build, automate, and operate the infrastructure that powers our products, development environments, and internal services. Combining Linux administration, virtualization, storage, and automation, you will help deliver a reliable, secure, and scalable platform that supports our engineering teams and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate Linux-based infrastructure supporting development, testing, and production environments.
- Manage and maintain virtualization platforms using VMware or Proxmox VE.
- Operate, optimize, and troubleshoot Ceph storage environments.
- Build, maintain, and improve container platforms using Docker.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using Ansible or SaltStack.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and high-availability initiatives.
- Maintain networking services, PKI infrastructure, and certificate management.
- Support Microsoft 365 and identity services where required.
- Investigate and resolve complex production infrastructure issues.
- Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering enterprise Linux environments, preferably SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES).
- Hands-on experience managing VMware or Proxmox VE virtualization platforms.
- Experience automating infrastructure using Ansible or SaltStack.
- Experience deploying and managing container platforms using Docker.
- Practical experience operating and maintaining Ceph storage environments.
- Strong Bash scripting skills and experience using Git for version control.
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration, networking, storage, and infrastructure security.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international engineering team.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
- Python scripting experience.

- Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
