We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects across multiple disciplines. This is a full-time remote position where you will oversee cross-functional teams spanning marketing, design, development, content, and paid media to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
As the primary point of coordination between internal teams and clients, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.
Beyond project delivery, you'll play a key role in improving internal processes, optimizing workflows, mentoring project managers, and helping scale Takteek's project management function.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple digital projects simultaneously.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Development, SEO, Content, and Paid Media.
- Manage project scope, budgets, priorities, dependencies, and change requests.
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status meetings, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project health, timelines, KPIs, and overall delivery performance.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and agency standards.
- Improve project management processes, documentation, SOPs, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a digital agency, marketing agency, software company, or digital transformation environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, website development, and technology projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
