Job Description

Apricot Studio is a B2B marketing studio working with scale-ups across the world. We move fast, ship a lot, and we've started building the AI layer underneath it: agents, skills, and automations that already touch real client work.

Now we want to take it further. Much further.

We're looking for a top go-to-market engineer. Someone who builds the engines that let an agile team operate at scale. Someone who takes what we do for clients today, turns it into agents, skills, and products, and makes it run at a scale a human team never could.

This is an engineering role pointed at go-to-market problems.

What you'll own

  • Agents and skills. You'll design, build, and maintain the AI agents and Claude Code skills the whole team runs on: copywriting pipelines, research agents, proposal builders, client reporting, QA loops. Some exist and need to get sharper. Most don't exist yet.
  • Productising our services. Taking the work we deliver manually today (prospect research, content production, HubSpot automation, analytics reporting) and turning it into repeatable, scalable systems. Ideally into products clients can buy.
  • Client-facing automation. Building automations directly inside client stacks: HubSpot workflows, Notion systems, Slack bots, enrichment pipelines, custom integrations. You'll ship things clients actually use, not internal demos.
  • Evaluation and quality. AI output that ships to clients has to be good. You'll build and run the eval loops that keep quality high as volume grows: test sets, human review flows, regression checks on prompts and skills.
  • Internal tooling. Our team runs on Claude Code, Notion, Slack, and HubSpot. You'll keep improving how those connect, kill manual steps, and make every person on the team faster every month.
  • Staying ahead. The tooling changes every quarter. You track what's new (models, MCP, agent frameworks, GTM tech), test it fast, and bring the useful parts into how we work before our competitors have read the announcement.

Who you are

  • Native in Claude Code. Non-negotiable. You build with it daily: skills, hooks, subagents, MCP servers, headless pipelines. You can show us something real you've built and walk us through the decisions behind it.
  • A builder. 2+ years building automations, internal tools, or products. You feel comfortable using AI to write code but you think in systems, not scripts. You'd rather build the thing than write the spec for it.
  • GTM-curious. You understand, or genuinely want to understand, how B2B pipeline works: ICPs, outbound, content, CRM, attribution. You don't need agency experience, but you need to care about whether the thing you built actually moved revenue.
  • Genuinely driven. You ship because you can't help it. You have side projects, a GitHub that shows activity, or a graveyard of experiments you learned from. Nobody has ever had to push you to build.
  • Smart and fast. You learn new tools in days, not quarters. You ask sharp questions, spot the flaw in a plan early, and change your mind when the evidence says so.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.

Nice to have

  • Experience at an agency, consultancy, or anywhere with multiple concurrent clients and real deadlines.
  • Hands-on time with the GTM stack: HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, or similar.
  • You've shipped something people paid for: a product, a tool, a template, anything with users who weren't your friends.
  • Anthropic certification or public work (posts, repos, talks) that shows you've gone deep, not wide.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary, reviewed yearly.
  • Fully remote across Europe. We meet in person a few times a year.
  • You'll shape the technical foundation of the studio as we scale, and the products we build will carry your fingerprints.
  • A kind, sharp team that ships awesome work for our great clients.
  • A budget for learning and development, plus every AI tool you can justify.
