Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for System Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.
📍 Locations include Manching, Hamburg, Bremen, Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do
- Translate customer requirements into system specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Define product roadmap and backlog, aligning features, improvements, and priorities.
- Lead UI development (Qt/QML), ensuring usability and technical consistency.
- Manage risks, suppliers, and project execution to meet scope, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor progress and report status, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

- Degree in Aerospace, Computer Science or a related field
- Understanding of modern software methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
- Familiarity of software technologies (C++, Ot/QML)

- Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
