About the Role
We are hiring a Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director to lead one of several AI-first ventures being built within a fast-growing venture studio. Each CEO/MD will take complete ownership of an individual business - from strategy and execution to revenue growth and team building - while leveraging AI-powered operating systems and lean remote teams to scale efficiently.
This is an opportunity to build and lead a high-growth startup with significant autonomy, supported by shared technology, AI infrastructure, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Growth
Own the end-to-end P&L for an assigned venture, including strategy, execution, revenue growth, and profitability.
Drive the business from product launch through commercial scale.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.
Build strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
Team Building & Operations
Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional remote teams across Product, Growth, and Operations.
Establish scalable operating processes and performance metrics.
Lead weekly business reviews and ensure delivery against key milestones.
AI-Driven Execution

Stakeholder Management
Report directly to the Founder and provide regular updates on business performance.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
10+ years of overall professional experience.
5+ years in senior leadership roles such as CEO, Managing Director, COO, General Manager, or Founder.
Proven experience scaling early-stage startups from concept to growth.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and unit economics.
Experience leading go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and business growth.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication skills with experience working across global teams.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of AI-powered business operations and agentic workflows.
