Pay Range: $67.00 โ $74.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)
Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term opportunity

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise customer experience platform enhancements centered around Qualtrics, AWS, and enterprise system integrations. This role will oversee complex technical projects involving APIs, ETL/data pipelines, cloud integrations, production support, vendor management, financial oversight, and Agile delivery while ensuring successful execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical project management expertise with systems analysis, enterprise integration knowledge, AWS experience, and the ability to drive technical delivery while partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, QA teams, and Product Owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Qualtrics platform enhancements, integrations, and enterprise initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, implementation milestones, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Architecture, AWS, and vendor teams
- Analyze technical requirements, APIs, ETL pipelines, system integrations, data flows, and implementation dependencies
- Manage technical delivery backlogs alongside Product Owners, including prioritization, refinement, and implementation planning
- Review technical architecture, solution designs, interface specifications, data mappings, and vendor deliverables
- Lead technical production support, root cause analysis, incident management, and SLA governance
- Evaluate implementation risks, technical debt, architecture impacts, and platform scalability
- Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, release readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities
- Manage vendor relationships, technical deliverables, solution quality, and implementation timelines
- Track project financials including budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and variance reporting
- Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, architecture updates, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical implementation plans
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile delivery, change management, governance, and release management standards

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of Technical IT Project Management experience
- Experience delivering enterprise applications, digital platforms, or systems integration projects
- Strong SDLC knowledge across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing enterprise vendors and third-party technology partners
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, ETL/data pipelines, and enterprise application architecture
- Experience managing technical production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Experience managing project financials including forecasts, invoices, budgets, and accruals
- Strong Jira, JQL, backlog management, and Confluence experience
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience coordinating UAT, deployment planning, release readiness, and implementation activities
- Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
