Pay: $110K-$115k Salary

Job Description

A new retail client of ours, True Religion is looking to bring on a HRIS Manager to join their HR team. The day to day will include partnering with the SVP of Human Resources on process and program creation such as employee referral and onboarding program. They will also be the first-level HR contact for all employees and managers and therefore must know how to handle employee relations and workplace concerns. Additionally, they must ensure all employee records comply with local, state, and federal regulations including EEO, FLSA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, Workers Comp and OSHA as well as legal requirements.

Technically, they will be responsible for maintaining system rules, workflows, forms, and document processes and results. For these projects, they will act as the lead and own the data management and integrity processes. For reporting, they will be manipulating the data via Microsoft excel utilizing v-lookups and pivot tables, while working in the backend of Dayforce to assist the retail, benefits, and payroll team with any issues that may arise. Lastly, they will be in charge of developing and managing the retail recruiter to ensure their success.


Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of HRIS experience (dayforce)

3+ years of management

3+ years of recruiting experience

3+ years of benefits experience

Experience with open enrollment via dayforce

Expertise in excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)

Experience with HR systems (ex: Dayforce)



Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
