Job Title: Recruiter

Contract Length: 6+ months

Location: Phoenix AZ 85085

Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, class-based hiring initiatives. This role includes posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing demands. The recruiter will support hiring operations by maintaining candidate pipelines, facilitating interview scheduling, and ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while providing professional support to hiring managers and candidates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong consultative communication skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions and provide market guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume call center roles supporting class-based hiring timelines
  • Drive candidate pipeline activity from application through offer stage to meet hiring targets
  • Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate customer service aptitude, communication skills, and overall role fit
  • Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and Learning & Development teams to align hiring demand, class needs, and candidate readiness
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure timely progression of candidates through all stages of the hiring process
  • Source candidates through job postings, internet searches, networking, and relevant databases
  • Screen, interview, and qualify prospective candidates
  • Submit and review qualified candidates with hiring managers
  • Assist with salary negotiations and support hiring manager staffing needs
  • Handle multiple recruitment requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Support company compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume hiring environment
  • Experience supporting class-based hiring initiatives
  • Strong candidate pipeline management experience
  • Ability to conduct structured candidate screenings and interviews
  • Strong consultative communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide market guidance
  • Experience coordinating interview scheduling and hiring workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
