This role is responsible for helping create innovative solutions to challenging problems with a sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced software development environment to improve businesses in a profound way. This role will be at the forefront of our innovation efforts, creating meaningful, inspiring experiences for our clients.



Responsibilities


  • Develops, implements, and tests full stack Android, iOS, and similar mobile device platforms.
  • Reviews application requirements and anticipates system needs to ensure availability and scalability. Reviews design and method recommendations to optimize efficiency.
  • Coordinates releases for new and revised software or systems and monitors performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales) and product users to define application requirements and/or necessary modifications.
  • Develops automated release tools meant to allow for continuous build and release processes, as required.
  • Ships production-ready React Native apps.



Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
  • Requires 3+ years of related experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of React Native, AWS Amplify, iOS development, iOS SDK (iPhone and iPad app development), Android development, and Android SDK (Google Play Store, Amazon AppStore app development).
  • Industry knowledge with an understanding of web/cloud services and REST APIs.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines or conflicting demands, adapting to change in work or procedure as needed.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team based on project requirements while maintaining a positive service-minded attitude.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
