Director, Performance Marketing


Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid โ€“ Relocation Available)


We're partnering with a rapidly growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company that's transforming the way enterprise organizations manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Backed by top-tier investors and experiencing tremendous growth, they're looking to add a Director of Performance Marketing to help scale the next phase of the business.


This is not a traditional marketing leadership role.

We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on growth leader who thrives in paid media, loves diving into campaign data, and is excited by the challenge of building a world-class demand generation engine. You'll own paid acquisition strategy, manage a significant digital advertising budget, and work directly with executive leadership to drive pipeline and revenue growth.


What You'll Own

  • Lead paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels
  • Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar annual advertising budget
  • Drive pipeline generation, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, conversion funnels, and ROI to uncover growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Creative teams
  • Continuously test audiences, messaging, bidding strategies, creative, and landing page performance
  • Build scalable reporting, forecasting, and optimization frameworks

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS performance, growth, or demand generation marketing experience
  • Experience owning significant paid media budgets (approximately $5M+ annually preferred)
  • Deep expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenueโ€”not just lead volume
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to make strategic decisions
  • Experience managing paid acquisition, conversion optimization, attribution, experimentation, and performance reporting
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience marketing to technical buyers within enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, developer tools, or adjacent technology markets is highly preferred
