Senior, client-facing data role that sits at the intersection of hands-on analysis and executive relationship management. The ideal candidate can independently extract and analyze data but also know which insights matter across our client audience. Work effectively within a team and also individually. Effectively use data to shape account strategy and not just report on it.

Strategic & Client Leadership

  • Own the analytics and insights strategy across the HCP advertising and education client portfolio — defining how campaign performance and value get measured and communicated, not just executing against existing template
  • Serve as the senior analytics voice in client relationships: play a vital role in client conversations, strategic reviews, and work directly with key stakeholders with healthcare and pharmaceutical companies
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and client success leadership to inform account strategy, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities using data as evidence, not just reporting


Team & Function Leaders

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of analysts — setting quality standards, development paths, and workload prioritization across account
  • Stay hands-on with the highest-stakes or highest-visibility client analyses, modeling the standard of rigor and storytelling expected of the team
  • Establish repeatable frameworks, templates, and best practices for reporting and insight generation that scale across the client base


Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze campaign, CRM, email, and engagement data across proprietary channels to identify performance drivers, translating findings into executive-ready narration
  • Design and oversee A/B testing and multi-step campaign workflows, ensuring test design and interpretation meet a rigorous standard before recommendations reach clients
  • Build and maintain the dashboard and reporting infrastructure (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) used across the function


Required Background

  • 8+ years in digital marketing analytics or advertising data roles, including demonstrated experience leading in a player-coach capacity
  • Experience with HCP education, proprietary media channels, or other regulated advertising environments, with working knowledge of the compliance constraints specific to healthcare/life sciences marketing
  • Track record of advising client stakeholders directly, including conversations informed by data
  • Strong command of BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.); comfort with SQL/Python for hands-on analysis when needed
  • Demonstrated ability to build or scale an analytics function — standards, templates, or team process, not just individual output
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with confidence leading senior, virtual, client-facing conversations independently
