- Strong backend API development experience (Python and PHP preferred)
- Frontend development experience with React or similar frameworks
- Cloud infrastructure familiarity
- Relational and/or NoSQL database design experience
- RESTful API design and integration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
- Active participation in code reviews and pull request reviews
- Comfortable leveraging AI coding assistants as part of daily development workflows
- Agile / Scrum team experience
