Summary

We are seeking a professional Remote Corporate Recruiter to help attract, evaluate, and coordinate qualified candidates for a variety of career opportunities. In this role, you'll manage the early stages of the hiring process by conducting outbound candidate outreach, performing structured phone screenings, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, maintaining organized hiring pipelines, and contributing to a growing remote recruitment team.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct 150–250 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates using company-provided lead lists.
  • Perform structured phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall job fit.
  • Present available employment opportunities while answering candidate questions accurately and professionally.
  • Recommend qualified applicants based on established hiring standards.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within the CRM and applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor candidate progress and provide timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Meet daily recruiting, screening, and scheduling performance goals.
  • Assist with additional recruitment initiatives and administrative responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment priorities.
  • Reliable computer, mobile phone, stable electricity, and primary and backup internet connections.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, human resources, or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM software, or recruiting platforms is considered a plus.
