Senior Test Automation Engineer

We invite a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team and help evolve a large-scale fintech data platform for private markets. In this role, you'll drive end-to-end quality assurance for backend services, AI-related platform components supporting data transformation, and complex system integrations through robust test automation across a distributed, integration-heavy platform. You'll work closely with engineering teams to help deliver reliable, high-quality platform capabilities.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years in QA/SDET roles with end-to-end ownership of test automation and QA activities
• Strong experience with backend and non-UI-focused test automation
• Experience defining QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and test coverage for complex systems
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and complex system integrations
• Experience designing automated test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience testing distributed systems and microservices
• Experience with Docker and containerized test environments
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality risks
• Engineering mindset with strong ownership, a high degree of autonomy, and a proactive approach to test automation

• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

• Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications
• Keen interest in AI technologies and a solid understanding of AI and LLM fundamentals
• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure/AWS
  
  

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end quality assurance for backend services, AI-related components, and complex integrations, driving automation to ensure reliable delivery.

• Lead quality assurance across the full software development lifecycle
• Analyze requirements and technical documentation to identify quality risks and define test coverage
• Define and evolve QA strategy, automation approaches, quality gates, and release criteria
• Partner with engineering and product teams to align requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality expectations
