Content Manager & SEO in AUSTRALIA

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic SEO and Content Manager to join one of Australia most premier and reputable Web3 brands for a fully remote position.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the SEO and Content Manager will be instrumental in driving organic growth through strategic content creation and SEO initiatives. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, optimising it for search, and ensuring it resonates with our target audience. You will be well-versed in product-led growth and thought leadership. You’ll need to be both a creative and data-driven marketer with experience in SaaS or crypto marketing.

We are a completely remote team, so you can be based anywhere in Australia. You’ll need to be a self-starter and a fantastic communicator, well-versed in working with a broad range of stakeholders. You’ll need to keep your finger on the pulse of what is happening in the world of crypto – so, ideally, you’ll also be a crypto enthusiast.

The Content and SEO Manager will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with CTC’s marketing goals and brand voice.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across CTC’s owned channels (website, blog, LinkedIn, X).
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyse website and content performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Be responsible for on-page SEO and SERPs.
• Be responsible for all key SEO metrics, including organic traffic and conversion rate.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, and non-marketing stakeholders, to plan and execute content campaigns, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
• Deliver product-led growth tests and growth hacks, with the support of internal design and development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEO and content marketing.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of engaging content.
• Work with external partners and influencers to expand CTC’s reach and authority in the crypto compliance space.
• Identify and capitalise on marketing opportunities by monitoring social channels and forums.

What we look for in you:

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation and SEO, preferably in the crypto or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and SEO strategies, across content creation and technical SEO.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of published content.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and a deep understanding of the crypto landscape.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
