Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Architect with 8+ years of software development experience and extensive expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contracts, Web3 technologies, and enterprise blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain platforms while providing technical leadership for offshore client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end blockchain architectures for enterprise and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Define blockchain strategy, governance, and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Architect and implement smart contract solutions using industry best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable blockchain platforms, including Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche, Binance Smart Chain, and Corda.
- Lead the architecture and development of Web3 applications and decentralized ecosystems.
- Design secure wallet integrations, digital identity solutions, tokenization platforms, NFT marketplaces, and DeFi applications.
- Implement Layer-2 scaling, cross-chain interoperability, and blockchain performance optimization.
- Ensure blockchain security through smart contract reviews, architecture assessments, and security best practices.
- Integrate blockchain platforms with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, and development teams.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and architectural guidance.
- Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, solution presentations, and architecture reviews.
- Support offshore delivery, project estimation, risk assessment, and technical documentation.
- 8+ years of software development experience with at least 4+ years in blockchain architecture.
