Position: Jr. Incident Response Specialist
Location: 100% Remote - 8AM-5PM EST.
Duration: 12-month contract with extensions
Pay Range: $18-$20/hour - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an Incident Response Specialist to join their team. Resource will be responsible for reviewing tickets, triage, Possible resolution and handing the ticket to appropriate workgroup. This is SOP driven work.

Compensation:
$18/hour to $20/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
