Job Description
La Fosse are partnered with consumer services provider who are adding a Head of Quality Assurance to their leadership team.
The job
Whilst this is not a hands-on role, success here would require someone who has previously been hands-on and able to code to be able to effectively collaborate and influence the current engineering team.
You will be coaching, growing and managing an existing team of technical QA Engineers and advise the business on implementing BDD testing first and then ideally introduce contract testing as well. Knowledge across test automation, API and non functional testing and tooling will be essential to be able to cover their estate and effectively manage their current team.
