Position: Software Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100 - $200/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reinforcement learning environments for backend programming tasks.
- Write backend services and supporting code using Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or Rust.
- Develop thorough unit and integration tests to ensure high test coverage.
- Review code for correctness, performance, maintainability, and security.
- Solve programming tasks and document technical reasoning to improve AI model quality.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team and document engineering decisions.
