You’re a digital engineer who can bring ideas to life in the online space. You like architecting out solutions and then implementing them. You work efficiently and comfortably in ticketing systems, and tackle details with precision while keeping an eye on the big picture. You grasp the implications of back-end API integrations, and can effectively communicate functional dependencies to other developers, designers, producers, and clients. You grasp the implications of back-end API integrations, and can effectively cross between front-end and back-end development. You want to build better experiences and use technology to further human progress.
You will be part of a fully remote team and will bring learnings and innovation to team process, client communication, and project management to meet the demands of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Execute front-end development for a variety of clients and across a spectrum of web and app product environments
- Execute full-stack development for a variety of clients and across a spectrum of web and app product environments
- Engage at a high level with the team to share what’s possible as a creative solution
- Work collaboratively and proactively in a multidisciplinary remote team environment
- Clearly communicate concepts and dependencies with your team and client

- Communicate ideas well in all written and verbal interactions in order to build strong relationships and ensure the right actions are taken
- Find a way through every scenario with positivity and a sense of calm as both a good team member and client partner
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in front-end development (+ React experience)
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and able to communicate technical details clearly to team members and clients.
- (Spanish is a plus, as many of our other team members speak Spanish as their native language)
- You will need to have your own desktop or laptop computer
- Passion for leading-edge technology and proven track record researching and implementing new tech effectively.
- Strong understanding of current industry tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Notion, Slack, etc.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate with back-end developers, APIs, dynamic content, and templating.
- Fluency in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Fluency in JavaScript and at least one (1) back-end language such as Java or Python
- Ability to “translate” between team/clients/work, keeping everyone’s interests and needs integrating as part of a project’s successful completion
- Experience confidently facilitating and actively engaging with digital project/product management processes, approaches, and tactics
