We are a fully remote company and operate with a focus on transparency, predictability, and high quality documentation.

The role
We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our team for a full time internship. In this role, you will assist our senior consultants in the day to day tasks of data cleaning, system audit, and documentation. You will help us examine how information flows from the operations of our logistics partner into their financial systems. This is an opportunity to learn how professional consultants approach large scale data challenges without the distractions of a traditional office environment.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from your own space while staying connected with the team through digital tools. We value clarity and directness in our work. We do not use our clients as a training ground for junior staff, which means you will be supported and guided by experienced professionals every step of the way. This is a paid position, and the compensation is competitive for the entry level market.

What you will do

• Review and audit large datasets to identify errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
• Help maintain the single source of truth by validating data as it moves between different software platforms.
• Draft clear and concise documentation and configuration guides for our clients.
• Assist in the preparation of reporting dashboards that offer real world utility to departmental leaders.
• Support senior consultants with research tasks related to system updates and technical requirements.

• Participate in internal project updates to track progress against fixed price project milestones.

What we are looking for

• A current student or recent graduate in a field such as Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
• Basic proficiency with SQL and an interest in learning how to apply it in a consulting context.
• Strong skills in Excel, including familiarity with pivot tables and complex formulas.
