Key Responsibilities
Plan, promote, and execute demand generation and lead generation marketing programs for the startup program
Drive acquisition through paid media, webinars, web placements, and outbound marketing initiatives
Design and manage outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, web, and paid advertising channels
Support digital marketing initiatives including content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign analysis
Develop audience-specific messaging and campaign content
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs based on data
Partner with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to align on lead quality and follow-up strategies
Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign execution and reporting

Digital Marketing Manager, Startups

  • Location: 100% Remote (EST, CST, MST preferred)
  • Schedule: Part-Time, flexible schedule; 16 hours per week (candidates can set their schedules but need to stick to them consistently)
  • W2 Contract w/ possible extension(s)

About The Role:

  • We are seeking a versatile and results-driven freelance digital marketer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on planning and executing paid media, webinar, and outbound lead generation campaigns to drive signups for our programs.
  • Additionally, you will support other digital marketing initiatives that align with evolving business priorities, including Account Based Marketing campaigns on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, data-driven, and experienced in managing multiple channels to maximize audience engagement and conversion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition through paid media, webinars, web placements, and outbound marketing initiatives
  • Design and manage outbound lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, social media, web, and paid advertising channels
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign analysis

  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs based on data

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience within startup ecosystems and startup-focused marketing campaigns
  • Proven success executing lead generation and demand generation campaigns
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns and webinar marketing programs
  • Experience with channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Product Hunt, email marketing, and social media
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and/or Marketo
  • Strong copywriting and messaging development skills
  • Data-driven approach with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance


Preferred Qualifications

  • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience

Compensation

  • $65-70 per hour W2
