We're Hiring: Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) – Robotics

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, USA

Work Mode: 100% Onsite

We are looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to build and scale the testing strategy for next-generation robotics software. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on automation, AI-driven testing, and cloud-based CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build automation test frameworks from scratch.
• Define end-to-end test strategies (HIL, SIL & Simulation).
• Debug complex software, hardware, and sensor-related issues.
• Build and maintain AWS CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools (Cursor/LLMs) to accelerate test automation.
