We are seeking a talented and motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic and diverse team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our IT and software engineering operations. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable IT infrastructure to support business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with software engineering and DevOps teams to optimize integration between applications and underlying systems.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to enable agility and consistency in deployments.
- Manage and secure cloud infrastructure services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Oversee network architecture, ensuring high levels of security, redundancy, and performance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve infrastructure efficiency.
- Document procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure best practices are followed across teams.
- Actively contribute to ongoing initiatives to advance DE&I, collaborating with colleagues to create an inclusive workspace.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, IT, or systems engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure and systems design in both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform).
- Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, etc.).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred
- Certifications in cloud services (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator) or networking (e.g., Cisco CCNA).
- Familiarity with database platforms and storage solutions.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
