Designation - Software Engineer - Data Engineering

Responsibilities -

• Support, manage and prioritize the data engineering roadmap and the overall data strategy of Gameskraft.
• Create future proof solutions that will hold the test of time. Creating something for our growth velocity is not easy!
• Constantly evaluate if there is a need to re-architect or refactor code to cater to the growing needs of the organization.
• Be the custodian of quality data (accurate data is gold for us!).

Qualifications : Final Year student pursuing Bachelor or Integrated Masters degree in Engineering.

Skill Requirement -

• Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, demonstrating foundational knowledge in handling substantial data sets effectively.
• Knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL and MongoDB
• Competent in object-oriented or object function scripting languages like Python, Java, and Scala, enabling data manipulation, analysis, and application development tasks.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Exposure to data pipeline and workflow management tools like Azkaban, Luigi, or airflow etc, and AWS cloud services like EC2, EMR, RDS, Redshift, and SQS is a plus.
