Position:

• Fully remote (with one day of travel a month)

• Implementing and managing Azure cloud services.
• Managing data center operations.
• Developing backup strategies.
• Overseeing network technologies.
• Understanding Linux.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, sustain, and enhance systems and server environments.
• Perform routine support and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct system upgrades.
• Develop and maintain IT systems policies and documentation.
• Manage and resolve system-related incidents.
• Provide top-tier support for central infrastructure and critical business systems.
• Implement server, system, and cloud-based projects.
• Achieve established server infrastructure goals.
• Engage in escalations within the IT Service Delivery team.
• Ensure adherence to IT Service Management processes.
• Propose innovative system technologies and solutions.
