We're Hedepy, an online platform on a mission to make mental health care easier to reach through technology. In 2025, over 300,000 therapy sessions happened through our platform, and our vision is to make psychological support available to as many people as possible.
There's a lot happening on the Romanian market: campaigns, brand activations, PR, collaborations, influencers. That's why we're looking for someone to join our RO marketing team.
We're looking for someone who will take a specific part of the agenda and own it independently. You'll report directly to our COO, Roman Zámečník, and you'll be part of an international marketing team (15 people).
Co budeš dělat
- Local marketing activities (50%) Creating and localizing campaigns, writing copy, running small marketing tests across channels, reading the results and evaluating impact
- Influencers and social media (25%) Leading influencer collaborations plus the strategy and day-to-day running of our organic channels on the Romanian market
- Brand activities (25%) PR stunts, brand pop-ups, collaborations. From idea through logistics to execution, including our presence at local events and festivals

- Native-level Romanian (C2) with strong copywriting and editing skills, plus English at B2 level
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer coordination
- You can read performance dashboards and work with metrics like CTR, CPA, and conversion rate to evaluate what's working and what isn't
- A track record of independently leading a project from idea to launch, whether a campaign, a collaboration, or a local brand activation
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) as a normal part of your workflow, for copywriting, brainstorming, research, or reporting. We'll ask about this concretely
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Romania. Most of the work is remote, but some collaborations and PR stunts need you there in person
