Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer with strong expertise in both manual testing and test automation to join our insurance domain projects. The successful candidate will play an active role in quality assurance activities for applications built on Microsoft technologies and will work fully remotely throughout the project duration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios and test conditions
- Execute manual testing activities and report test results
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle
- Plan and perform functional, regression, and integration testing activities
- Validate business processes and workflows related to insurance applications
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Hands-on experience in insurance domain projects
- Proven experience in both manual testing and test automation
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies such as .NET and SQL Server
- Experience testing API, web, and/or mobile applications
- Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
