As a Flutter Developer Intern, you will assume a leadership role within our mobile development team, spearheading the creation, enhancement, and optimization of our Flutter-based applications. This position is ideal for those with robust Flutter proficiency who are driven to lead and make a significant impact on a high-profile, customer-facing project. You will interface with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to guarantee our mobile applications are user-centric, visually compelling, and technically resilient.

• Direct the full lifecycle of Flutter applications, including design, development, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, designers, and back-end engineers to implement novel features and refine existing functionality.
• Take ownership of the mobile development process, from initial concept through to successful deployment, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a proactive, collaborative team environment.
• Partner directly with the CEO, CTO, and Director of Development to align mobile app initiatives with overall organizational objectives.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues, continually optimizing performance and user experience across diverse mobile devices.
• Maintain fluency with the latest Flutter framework updates and best practices, integrating them effectively into the codebase.

• Demonstrable mastery in Flutter and Dart, supported by a proven track record of successful mobile application development.
• Applied experience with mobile app architecture, including state management solutions and RESTful API integration.
• Aptitude to lead a development segment, providing effective technical direction and mentorship.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
