Location: 100% Remote
Work Schedule: M-F 9 am-5 pm
Compensation: $70-$85/hr
We are looking for a Contract Manager, Paid Marketing to help scale one of our most important demand generation motions. This role is designed for an experienced marketing operator who can flex across program strategy, agency management, and channel execution—partnering closely with content, data science, and external agency partners to build out the Sales Assist program and drive measurable pipeline. An ideal candidate is someone with the operational rigor to bring structure to ambiguous work, the relationship skills to get the most out of agency partners, and the channel expertise to execute across paid media and content syndication.Â
ÂWhat you'll do on the team:Â
Own end-to-end management of the Sales Assist program on paid media, including channel strategy, reporting and optimizationÂ
Build out a testing roadmap to align with sales and marketing goals and work with our agency on executionÂ
Identify gaps in the current program and propose new initiatives, channels, or tests to fill themÂ
Manage agency partner relationships end-to-end, including campaign briefing, reporting, scoping, budget management and optimizationÂ
Lead our paid media program, including paid social and content syndicationÂ
Collaborate with the broader marketing team on integrated campaigns that connect Sales Assist, including Marketing Operations, Data Science and Demand GenÂ
Develop documentation and playbooks that codify how the program runs and enable the team to scale efficientlyÂ

We'd love to hear from you if you have:Â
6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing roles, with a track record of building or scaling programs
Demonstrated ability to manage agency and vendor relationships end-to-end, from briefing through performance managementÂ
Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, with proficiency in Campaign Manager and a strong grasp of paid social optimizationÂ
Experience managing content syndication programs and familiarity with common vendors in the spaceÂ
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and measurementÂ
Strong program management skills—you can hold many moving pieces together without dropping anything, and you bring structure to ambiguous workÂ
Working knowledge of marketing and audience automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Hightouch)Â
