Job title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M)

You'll handle maintenance repairs, sign off work accurately, keep the workspace clean, and call out when tasks are done so the next trade can jump in. It's fast, hands-on, and real. You've got three years of experience, a team-first attitude, and solid communication skills. Dash-8 or CRJ exposure? That helps. Love the smell of jet fuel and summer heat? You'll fit right in. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M) Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support and guidance to crew members

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M) Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Avionics, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering (asset, not required)
  • 3+ years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience (Mechanical, MRO or airline preferred)
  • Experience on Dash 8 Q300/Q400 or CRJ200, CRJ700, or CRJ900 is a must
  • Preferred: Transport Canada AME M License holders; applicants who are unlicensed, recently acquired their license, or close to obtaining certification are welcome
  • Eagerness to obtain full AME licensing
  • Experience on Dash 8 and/or CRJ (strong asset)
  • Working knowledge of maintenance software (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, Maintenix)
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Team player with integrity, ingenuity, and professionalism
  • Ability to provide 2–3 professional references
  • Willing to relocate to Calgary, Alberta


Employment Details


  • Schedule: Straight shifts (morning and afternoon), Monday to Friday
