- Test, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate avionics systems within budgeted time
- Provide technical guidance to crew members as needed
- Signal task completion to keep workflow moving between trades
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Operate avionics test equipment (air data test sets, navigation, pneumatic, autopilot, etc.)
- Document all work performed routinely
- Sign off work sheets and cards completely and accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Division Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Avionics, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering (asset, not required)
- 3+ years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience (Avionics, MRO or airline preferred)
- Experience on Dash 8 Q300/Q400 or CRJ200, CRJ700, or CRJ900 is an asset.
- Preferred: Transport Canada AME E License holders; applicants who are unlicensed, recently acquired their license, or close to obtaining certification are welcome
- Eagerness to obtain full AME licensing
- Familiarity with avionics test equipment (air data, navigation, pneumatic, autopilot systems)
- Working knowledge of maintenance software (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, Maintenix)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide 2–3 professional references
- Willing to relocate to Calgary, Alberta
