Field Network Engineer (€50k) in IRELAND

Title – Network Engineer (Field-Based)

Reporting to – Head of Engineering

Budget – To €50k basic, benefits & company van

Location – Greater Dublin & surrounding counties

Ingenio is delighted to be working with a Telecoms company that is currently looking to hire a Field Networking Specialist based in Dublin. They are looking for an extremely professional and talented engineer who will be working in a client-facing role.

The successful candidate will join the network's teams and will work in a role with multiple responsibilities. The candidate will be heavily involved with the network team and in multiple projects as well as the day-to-day network administration and support. This is an incredible opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and industry-leading technology.

The candidate will be expected to develop their skills and gain additional certifications while in the role.

The candidate must be available to work in Dublin and occasionally other counties. Fully remote access candidates will not be considered.

Mandatory requirements:

1. Must have a minimum level of networking & firewall experience to HPE Aruba, Fortinet or Cisco (CCNA level)
2. Must be ok being on client site (on the road) a minimum of 4 days per week – the vast majority of client sites are in Greater Dublin
3. Must hold a clean driving license
4. Provide a reference for someone they are working for right now/last 12 months that will back up the above point
