About RG Group

RG Group is a Dubai-based real estate investment and business consultation advisory firm. We are launching a dedicated Brand Consultation division to help retail brands and businesses establish, grow, and expand across the UAE — combining strategic brand advisory with direct access to leasing opportunities and prime retail space.


Role Summary

The Business Development Executive is the primary revenue driver for the department. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting retail brands and business owners who need help expanding in the UAE market — whether through brand strategy consultation, retail space leasing, or both. You will build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, pitch RG Group's consultation services, and close signed mandates that combine advisory fees with leasing transactions.

This is a hunter role suited to someone who is energized by targets, comfortable with cold outreach, and confident pitching to business owners and decision-makers across UAE retail and F&B sectors.


Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Pipeline Development

  • Identify and approach retail brands, F&B businesses, and SMEs looking to launch or expand in the UAE.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events (e.g. Gulfood, Beautyworld, Cityscape) to generate new business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM system.

Sales & Client Conversion

  • Present RG Group's brand consultation and leasing services to prospective clients, clearly articulating value and differentiation.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Brand Consultation and Brand Strategy Consultant to prepare tailored proposals for each prospect.
  • Negotiate consultation retainers, advisory fees, and introduce leasing opportunities where relevant.
  • Close signed mandates and hand over client relationships smoothly to the delivery team for onboarding.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with the Retail Leasing Coordinator to match client requirements with available retail spaces in RG Group's portfolio and partner network.
  • Liaise with the Brand Strategy Consultant to ensure sales commitments are realistic and deliverable.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership on client needs, objections, and competitor activity.

Reporting & Targets

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as agreed with the Head of Brand Consultation.
  • Prepare regular pipeline and conversion reports for management review.


Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within real estate, retail, hospitality, or professional advisory services.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network or familiarity with UAE retail, F&B, or franchise business communities is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, though strong sales track record may substitute for formal qualification.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred, given travel to client meetings and site visits across the Emirates.
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Confident, persuasive presenter who is comfortable engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated “hunter” mentality — comfortable with cold outreach and proactive prospecting.
  • Resilient under rejection and consistent in pipeline-building activity.
  • Strong organizational skills with comfort using CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.
  • Basic understanding of retail leasing concepts and UAE business setup is an advantage, though training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Basic salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month, based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission structure: 2–4% of consulting fees and leasing-related revenue generated, paid on successful client conversion.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) realistically range from AED 11,000 – 16,000 per month for a consistent performer.

Success Indicators (First 6 Months)
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of at least 15–20 active prospects per month.
  • Close a minimum of 3–5 signed client mandates within the first two quarters.
  • Establish at least one repeatable lead-generation channel (e.g. event circuit, referral network, or digital outreach).
