About the company

We are initiating the development of marketing tools that integrate with our marketing SaaS platform and plan to expand our core team to scale the product further. We are seeking to advance Laravel application development in collaboration with lead-level engineers.

Specific Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal Product Managers and offshore development teams to develop and maintain web application features using PHP (Laravel).
• Balance development projects while addressing technical debt and rearchitecting tasks initiated by the engineering team.

Evaluation System

Evaluations are conducted semi-annually (March/September), with salary adjustments occurring at these times. Historically, 20% to 30% of engineers have received salary increases during each evaluation period.

Requirements

Must

• More than 2 years of experience in web application development using PHP (Laravel)
• Practical experience working in a team using Git

Better

• Experience in improving system quality and productivity based on key performance indicators such as Four Keys
• Experience in managing technical debt with consideration of ROI
• Experience in development while communicating with business sides (such as customer support and sales)
• Experience in development within a Scrum team
